Anthropic, the company that makes Claude, has accepted Fast Web into Claude for Startups, its program for startups building with Claude. We're a small agency in Barcelona, and we're thrilled.
We're sharing it here for two reasons. The first is obvious: we're happy and want people to know. The second is practical: if you work with us, or you're thinking about it, you'll want to know what changes and what doesn't.
What Claude for Startups is
It's the program Anthropic uses to support young companies that build their products with Claude. Getting in isn't automatic: you apply, and they review the company.
For Fast Web it includes:
- A year of Claude Team, the version of Claude built for teams.
- Claude API credits, which is what we use when AI lives inside a system rather than in a chat window.
- Offers on tools for companies that work with AI.
- Time with Anthropic's team to ask questions.
Why it matters so much to us
Because Claude isn't just another tool on our list. It's what we work with every day: writing and reviewing code, building the systems we deliver, sorting out ideas and polishing copy.
Fast Web started from a simple idea: a neighbourhood business should be able to use the same technology big companies use, without paying what they pay. Having the company behind that technology make room for us in its program tells us we're on the right track.
What changes if you work with us
- More room to experiment. With the API credits we can build AI prototypes (an assistant that answers questions about the menu, an automated booking flow) and show them to you working before you decide anything.
- Answers from the source. When something technical gets tricky, we can ask the people who build the tool.
- Better organisation behind the scenes. Claude Team lets us work with shared projects and context, so what we learn on one project isn't lost on the next.
And what doesn't
To be clear: joining the program doesn't mean Anthropic endorses our work or that we're its partners. It means they give us tools and access to build better. We still sign the work, and we stand behind it.
What we do doesn't change either: your website, your bookings and your customers, in your name. No commission on every order, no fee for every diner.
If you want to see what we do with all this, start with Tierra de Fuegos and Tirano, two restaurants in Puerto Pollença with their menu, hours and bookings on their own site. And if you want to know how much platforms cost you each month, run the numbers here.
Thanks to the Anthropic team for the trust. Now it's on us to make the most of it.
