Websites, 3D configurators and AI for manufacturersFrom a PDF catalogueto a 3D proposal.

If you make or distribute for other companies: displays, branded furniture, parasols, stands or terraces.

  • 3D configurator with your customer’s brand
  • Augmented reality, and a proposal with floor plan and quote
  • A website with your catalogue, and AI with your documents

Demo with a made-up brand, Brizna. The demo is in Spanish.

A typical day

Made to measure.Quoted by hand.

An ordinary day at a manufacturer that sells to other companies what it makes to measure for each of them. If it sounds familiar, this page is about fixing it.

Example scene: the emails, people and brands are made up.

  1. 9:00

An inbox full of quote requests.

A display for a campaign, a branded terrace for a chain, a change of sizes. The PDF catalogue answers none of them, so every email waits for the technical office.

  2. 10:30

The drawing and the price, by hand.

Someone draws the proposal, someone else works out the price in a spreadsheet nobody dares to touch, and a third person asks the factory for the lead time. Every change from the customer starts the round again.

  3. 12:00

The person who knows the lead time is out.

The right price list, the factory lead time and what that customer was promised last time live in one person’s inbox. Today they are out, and everything waits.

  4. 14:00

    The customer asks again.

They have to show something to their committee on Thursday and need an image with their brand. You do not even have the drawing yet.

  5. 16:00

    The wrong measurement.

A figure copied wrongly from the email into the order. It shows up once the part has already been cut.

  6. 17:30

The deal goes to whoever showed something first.

Not because they were better: because their customer could see it and take it to the meeting. Yours was still waiting for the proposal.

  7. Tomorrow, the same.

Until your customer can see it, change it and take the proposal away on their own, with your sizes, your rules and your prices. That is what the configurator just below does.

It is what your customer would see. For your company, we build it with your product and your price lists. The demo is in Spanish.

Screenshot of the demo 3D configurator: a retail display with the made-up brand Brizna, its measurements on top and the configuration steps beside it.

Brizna (a soft drink) and Sesteo (a parasol manufacturer) are made-up brands. Sizes, lead times and prices are examples.

The proposal

Your customer configures it.The proposal comes out ready.

Floor plan and elevation with dimensions, the schedule up to installation in working days and the quote line by line, with your price list. The measurements come from the configuration, not from an email copied by hand.

Example prices from a made-up brand. They are not our prices.

The case

One manufacturer. Four languages.

Boix PLV has manufactured plastic and wooden retail displays for more than fifty years. Their range lived in PDF brochures, one per family, on a one-page website.

Boix PLV

Live

A site in four languages with the whole range browsable and a search that recommends the exact display from what you need, like asking a salesperson who knows the catalogue by heart.

“Excelente experiencia. Nos han gestionado la migración de dominios y el diseño de nuestra nueva web de forma ágil y profesional. Una web moderna, funcional y con integración de IA. Muy recomendables.”
Mar Farran, Boix PLV

How we work

From the first call to live on your website.

The diagnosis, in 1 or 2 weeks, and once your drawings or datasheets reach us, 6 to 13 weeks to go live. Each step leaves you with something finished, and you do not pay for a phase until you have seen the previous one done.

  1. 01No commitment30 minutes

    First call

You show us your catalogue and how a proposal goes out today. We show you the demos closest to your product.

  2. 02Plan and fixed price1–2 weeks

    Diagnosis

A meeting with whoever decides and whoever sells. We look at where time gets lost, and you get a phased plan with the price and timeline of each phase, in writing. The prototype and the phases count from when your drawings or datasheets reach us.

  3. 03One family, working2–4 weeks

    Prototype with your data

Before building everything, a first version with one real product family on a staging address. You see it working and decide whether we carry on.

  4. 04Each phase, live4–9 weeks

    Build in phases

Built and launched phase by phase, and you try each phase before we move on.

  5. 05Domain in your name

    Live and yours

On your website, with your domain. The code and the data are yours, and maintenance is optional.

What we build

Starting prices. The final one, in writing.

You can start with any of the three. Each one is quoted on its real scope after the diagnosis: these are the minimums, so you know where the conversation starts.

Questions

What companies ask before starting.

If yours is missing, write to us and we will answer it just as plainly.

  • As many as you have, and you do not need to hand them over at once: we start with the range you sell most and the rest comes in phases. If what you have is a PDF or a spreadsheet, we do the transfer. What drives the work is not the number but how many different families there are and how much real information each page carries.

  • Prices, copy, photos and new references: you ask us and we change them. If your team needs to edit it every day, we look at that in the assessment.

  • It gets replaced, and the addresses that already rank are kept and redirected one by one. What is never done is dropping a site with years of history without taking the URLs along.

  • As many as you need, each with its own addresses rather than an automatic translator on top. Boix PLV is live in four (Spanish, English, Catalan and French) with a domain per market.

  • It will be able to read you, which is the part that depends on us: without structured data or product pages there is nothing to cite. Whether it names you also depends on your sector and your competition, and anyone promising you ChatGPT's answer is selling smoke. How we do it is explained in our AI visibility guide.

  • That is the normal case here. There is no cart: the page ends in a quote request, a technical download or a conversation with your sales rep. You still close the sale; the site makes sure the customer arrives with the product already chosen.

Getting started

Show us your catalogue. We will tell you where to start.

No twenty-page proposal and no commitment: we look at what you have and how you sell today, and tell you what we would do first.
